This link doesn't even mention the Maine, so how does it support your accusation? There are in english, french, spanish and german. I'm at work, so I haven't had time to view them all, and I won't be able to tell anything about the sites that aren't in English, but I'm looking forward to your "1969 Cuba Battle Plans".
