Never noticed that before, interesting...... However, let me mark a dissimilarity:
Bin Laden: Uses fanatical kamikaze tactics to kill 5000 civilians on PURPOSE.
Western Government: Dosen't, attempts to hit military installations and ACCIDENTIALLY hits civilians.
