Anomens quest is, as Kaltia said, more then just hack'n slash. If you do it the right way, without much killing etc, then something good will happen to the game, and you'll get a better NPC. If you just kill everybody and acts as an evil character, then you'll have nothing but a angrier and more complaining NPC.
