The reason why I said the Simulacrum hinders me is because of the following scenerio,

1) I cast Project Image
2) Project Image kills enemies
3) Er... loot?

There is no space or time to fit in the Simulacrum for my style of playing. As for Dragon's Breath, I know it is instantanous, but if you note what I also wrote, it uses up a precious level 9-10 spell allocation. As I said, I would prefer to cast Wish. Wish is the reason why I can complete ToB in less than 10 game days, excluding Watcher's Keep which takes me 1 game day( including travelling time to and fro).

As for 1000 damage in 3 rounds, hmmmm? IC deal 20d4 damage per round for 20 rounds. 3 ICs mean 60d4 damage in one round for 20 rounds. You can cast about 7 more( 4 by hand, 3 by another CC) so that is 200d4 per round, or 200-800 damage per round for 20 rounds, 600-2400 damage in 3 rounds.

In comparison, ADHW deals 20d8 damage, so 10 means 200d8 damage, or 200-1600 damage in one go( when the Time Stop ends). So yeah, it is a solid tactic so long as you remember to maximise your Fire Resistance first.

Too bad you cannot use SI against your own spells, or this would lead to another ultimate cheese.
