Well, American Patriotism offends me - heck,
any kind of Patriotism offends me. I live with it, I realize that this is one of the side-effects of the German school system - an extreme dislike of patriotism. Or maybe it's just me. But, I mean, it's your country. You are free to display your patriotism as you want, why hide it? In another country would be a different matter. I could probably have phrased this more diplomatically, but I'm too tired, it's midnight.
