I hate to bring this to your attention but regarless of what we do, we are now reacting to the situation. A proactive approach would have been to address terrorism concerns when the USSR when caput. As soon as there's an act of terrorism, we're in response mode.

I truly understand why the Talibans refuse to hand out Bin Ladden, and quite frankly, they shouldn't according to the rule of law. Regarless, Bush wants his head and he'll make sure he gets it... regardless of the costs that it entails.
