Ho hum, well, a mere two hours after posting the above, I have posted in a serious thread!
Looks like leaving it alone is easier said than done.
For me, it's impossible to sit back and not debate/discuss the issues I feel strongly about. So I guess I just won't respond to posts that are worded in a less than friendly fashion. That way I won't be tempted to respond in kind.
