I don't understand why people dislike America so much, I'm from Denmark, and I think America is a fine country which has defended other, weaker countries in times of need and supply much aid to starving countries, of course, there's always the occasional joke about americans, but we tell jokes about our neighbors, the swedes, the norwegians and the germans too.
