The most recent news is that they have appealed again, swearing that the courts did not do their job right in hearing the "whole" evidence, and instead relied on state word or something like that. The appeals court went ahead and let it through.
Rev. Jesse Jackson is running up and down the streets swearing injustice...probably because their are now enough cameras on the street there for him to find it worth his effort.
