Before you decide to dump one of them, I would like to tell ou about a great thing called the Happy Group Scripts. That is a tweak that will remove all NPC-conflicts, and all will work together as one, big happy family.

There are many good party-combinations, whichof none is better then the other. One party I especially liked taking to Spellhold was:

Protagonist (Cavalier)
Aerie
Anomen
Jan
Jaheira
Haer'Dalis

A good party with all the necessary classes, and two NPCs which definetly will add humor to the group.
