Sure, but for Israeli's its a matter of pride and principle. Plus, Israel is a tiny state - if people started leaving it would gravely compromise the future of the country. Also, why would they want to move back to Europe? Rising anti-semitism in Europe combined with the original belief that Jews would only be safe from persecution if they had their own state is a powerful reason to stay put.
