I would say that it is none of our damn business whether the EU tries Sudanese criminals tomorrow or ten years from now. Although I do not feel any need to submit to the ICC--why place ourselves under the power of folks who don't necessarily have our best interests at heart?--we don't commit war crimes; thus, we wouldn't have anything to fear. Our military is far too paranoid for its own good.
