Davros - I'm not going to go back and quote specific comments, mainly because I just don't have the time, but here are a few comments I have regarding your posts here.

First of all, you took offense at the title of the thread. After 3 pages, I've seen one or two others that actually agreed with this stance. Most others either said nothing or pointed out that they did not take offense and that perhaps - just perhaps - you read a bit too much into the title thread.

You have chastised Morgeruat more than once for not acknowledging that your interpretation of the thread title is correct and he should change it - or at least admit he was wrong. Yet when Violet mentioned on the first page that people should get too caught up in the wording of the title, your exact words were "I will call a spade a spade". As far as I can see, Morg holds the same positions. So, despite Barry's assertions to the contrary, you HAVE exhibited exactly the same type of behavior you accuse Morg. Specifically, when it was suggested that perhaps you were in error, you're response was "I ain't changing".

Also, you seem to think that EVERY right-wing conservative watches Fox News and Bill O'Reilly religiously. But as near as I can tell, you seem to watch it much more than Morg, John D., MagiK or myself. I never watch Fox News or Bill O'Reilly anymore myself and most of the others have admitted they don't either.

You claim that "statistics prove that 40%-60% of Fox viewers beleive their stories hook, line and sinker". But that fails to define exactly what percentage of Americans are actually "loyal Fox viewers". Judging from your posts, you seem to feel that ANY person expressing right-wing conservative views MUST be a loyal Fox viewer. Otherwise, they would be "informed" enough to realize their views are wrong and that yours are right.

In short, you ARE exhibiting much of the same behavior in your posts that you so frequently accuse Morg of in his. The question is, are you willing to go back and actually look at your posts objectively, or will you continue to exhibit the same kind of behavior that conservatives are constantly accused of here and say there is no reason to reevaluate your posts because you know you are right no matter what?"

Whew....it's been a while since I've gone off on a rant like that. Guess I'll sit back and watch the inevitable fireworks now.
