True enough. However, the EU is already a hybrid of a Federation and a Confederation. And people should be smarter then to vote against the constitution just because they don't like the EU. I don't always like my government, but joining an anarchist movement and seeing it abolished won't solve anything. Instead, one should strife to improve it by excersing your right to vote or actively joining a lobby group. Voting against the Constitution will make the Union nearly impossible to govern, and since the EU isn't really going anywhere, 455 million people will be the victims of this. So I really hope people wil think twice before casting their votes. Voting is more then just a right, it's also a privilege, and should therefor be spend wisely. Too many people I know just vote without ever reading the program of their party of choice. And I doubt many people will be reading as much as a summary of this constitution before voting in the referendum.
