My school's got a ZT policy on drugs, too, but it clearly defines what
drug means: all that illegal stuff. Anything not on the list is fair game -- meaning if you find some great new drug, use it, and get caught,
you'll probably get off with a slap on the wrist but it'll get added to the drug list.
In other news, in many public school districts that ZT fighting policy has an enforcement loophole. One of my buddy's little sisters, a cute little almost-black belt, got jumped by three older guys behind the junior high (with demonstrated intent to rape). She beat the sh*t out of them, I'm proud to say
Anyway, the guys got screwed, cops & everything. She got like the required six day suspension, but
it will never be enforced. City of Houston apparently has a clause for self defense, i.e. no, we have a ZT policy, but you'll never actually serve your time.
Things don't have to make sense ...
