No frikkin kidding. I'd explode -- literally. Look, both abstinance education and contraception education/dissemination were used, so it's obvious the answer is that both, in conjunction, work. DUH!

As for abstinance until 20 -- whatever. Do abstinance education all you want dude, it'll help keep the 13-14 year olds in line. But kids are having more, not less, sex. And the only person I ever knew who waited til 20 had her dad tell her to go out and get laid and quit being a royal bi7ch. And all along the way, Catholic shoolgirls and other girls who have regular lessons on abstinance, have been do-able. Trust me. They just know not to get caught.
