You are an enigma TL!! I'm certainly not looking for the suffering that you have listed. That won't be good for any of us in the short or long term.
The $ is likely to weaken still more over the next four years so the rental on my US property will be decreased. Conversely the fact that there was a difinitive result will improve the value of my US stocks.
