So I imagine this is the nuclear programme that was largely trashed by the 1st Gulf War and then prevented from being resumed by lack of funds following sanctions. Israel should probably get some credit for destroying the Osirak reactor in 1981 as that undoubtedly delayed his programme significantly as well.

So what is the problem with buildingsbeing missing if there was NO Nuclear weapons program? After all it is just buildings being used for peaceful purposes, you know, for the children.
"The disappearance of such equipment and materials may be of proliferation significance," the IAEA director general warned.
Proliferation UNesse for Nuclear weapons. If there was no progam, Why would any peaceful equitment or Matterials be a problem? Prehaps as the latest reports show the programs were Hybernating and waiting for the sactions only crowd to tire and lift the sactions, just to restart his "There is no nuclear program"
