Oh I don't know. They probably have a genuine desire to see society run the way they want it to be run. The practical workability, and indeed the
agreeability of such social designs is the contentious issue for me. Legitimacy is in the eye of the conqueror.
I am personally sickened by such executions, but then, I'm sickened by any scenario in which a person is killed without a 'fair' opportunity of fighting back. I'd prefer a duel system to executions, but that's just me. Regardless of how any of us feel about this, at least Mr Armstrong's ordeal is over.
