what people's experience with the creator? who of us was around 4.5 billion years ago when the Earth was created, to be able to claim personal experience with the creator?
that must be some collective memory, to be passed down from the most primitive of organisms all the way to homo sapiens 4.5 billion years later.
that every culture has a creation myth only shows that humans, inquisitive beings that we are, have always tried to understand our origins and our place in the world. what couldn't be explained within the framework of the current knowledge would be ascribed to the supernatural or the divine. it also reveals a common flaw in human thinking, that every complex natural phenomenon must have some conscious force directing it.
give nature some credit, it's capable of creating miraculous things all on it's own...
