Could you make me a flaming scimitar of speed +3. we'll say it increases your rate of attacks, by 1 or 1/2 a round (whichever you can do, if either, and if not maybe just acts as a haste spell) also +3 to hit and damage, and it does 1-4 fire damage per hit. There aren't enough good scimitars in the game for my liking. This is a request
