This is basically a non-issue in this country. You either have health insurance or you don't. And even if you have health insurance, the majority of the best AIDS drugs would not be included. Also, most insurers will drop you ASAP if you are found to have AIDS. In fact, many policies these days require that you get AIDS tested before they'll take you.
