In America the woman isn't automatically considered 50%, or more, guilty in any violent sexual attack she's a victim of as is commonly the case in most of the middle east. nor is there a gov't coverup protecting any male government official who engages in such activities, they may have friends who can pull strings, but they can't get off the hook completely. As an example, a cop here in Carlisle got convicted of raping truck-stop hookers a couple of weeks ago.
