first, chewbacca, your source is incorrect. its either false journalism or based on false sources. a few reasons:
1) it disagrees with every other news agency i've read to date.
2) warheads are not ever refered to by milimeter size, they are refered to either by missile type or by payload size, which is measured in tons, not milimeters
3) warheads are never refered to as rounds. in the military, a round is a shot loaded into a chamber which is then propelled by explosive gasses in the chamber. a warhead is self propelled and doesnt need to be fired from the barrel of a gun/artillery piece.
