Ahem!!! Ok serious Cerek...do you ACTUALLY think that sucking tax dollars away from hospitals and schools will actually make some low level civil servent give a rats behind about how careful he is? I think you may be mistaken if so....have you been around any civil servents lately?

Yes I say give him a check for the average of what his wages were probably going to be, add a bit on top as a kicker and maybe add some jobs training....that still won't run you into the multiple millions..will he be pissed off...sure he will so would I....however...mistakes happen and orphans, hospitals and schools shouldn't loose their resources to fund his anger apeasment.
