You don't have Handicapped spaces in Chicago TL? Sheesh, we have whole acres of spots that never get used here. I don't mind...except when I see a 22 year old kid hop out of his Chrysler Crossfire and hangs his handicap tag on the mirror then runs into the store....I don't think Mental Handicaps should count for parking priveledges.
