From what I've seen the News headlines contradicts the report, Most News say that the report says there was NO, as in ZERO, NADA, any contact between Iraq and AQ, but the report states there was contact ie: they were talking together ie: ties. But there was NOT any Cooperation in the attacks of 11 Sept, 2001.
***Though the Czech Security services says there was a meeting in Prague during the spring(asper TL's post) of 2001 between Mohamahd Atta(sp?) and an Iraqi Intel officer. The FBI dicounted this report because it can't verify the info. In other words the FBI can't confirm so they aren't going to use the info. Not the Info is wrong, just it can't be confirmed.***
