I have recently bought ToB. Installed it. Now I want to go through all the story, first SoA and then ToB, and with access to ToB-specific spells in SoA. What is the way to do it? What are the other possibilities of migrating to ToB?

It says that SoA will have Watchers' Keep avaliable. So what if I go through it before finishing SoA storyline? Is it the main location in ToB, or is it prohibited to enter the Keep before you finish SoA storyline?
Also it says that if I start ToB game, I will get a brand new map, but with the Keep present. Cant I start SoA and then go to that new map?? Ahh, I am completely lost with all the stuff. Anyone, please explain all the things!
