In the Sims for PC they were always under covers and you never saw anything. Even when they showered they were blurred (unless you got a patch which removed the blur). It will probably be something similar. I doubt it will look like pornography. 
[/QUOTE]It won't be explicit (though I reckon that a week after release you'll be able to pick up hacks online to make it so). It's more the fact that sexuality can pretty much be openly explored in-game, and leading a licentious lifestyle will have in-game consequences, good and bad. In other words, sex is a part of this game, as opposed to the previous one, where it was just a "bonus".
I personally don't have a problem with it - it's just a game, after all.
