Well, if you look closely there was a puddle of blood on the floor.
Why would the room and everyone in it get covered in blood? It's not like they bathed in it and there weren't exactly a fountain of blood spraying from the guys neck. Besides, the video was too gritty to spot any bloodstains on the clothes.
