If an American flag pin offends someone here, including but not limited to Muslims, they can simply leave. You don't have to like the US -- we have that freedom, and you can voice your dislike all you like. But, you can't whine that some of us love our country and take pride in it.
I can't believe the way you're representing the US media, Skunk. I mean, every news station tries to present the news most relevant to its viewers, of course, but our news sources here include many that are very critical of the government. Bah, why waste my time -- you're gonna think what you want.
Oh, on the allegation about the sources I quote. I want to clue you in -- a couple of my sources of my sources of information are confidential communications that I cannot post. But, even if my primary news sources are the US, I still bounce those off other world news sources to get a different view. The easiest way for me to do that is to come here -- and read the stuff you link. So, I fail to see what point you're making about the sources I link.
Besides, facts are facts, and I read news reports just to extract the relevant facts -- I'm not really there to read the opinion or spin the person is presenting.
