About the thread discusion... Who are sure about what these people did in the past? Jewish would say they lived there centuries ago, Muslims would say their lands were them, and Bush would say the same (hehehehe... just kidding)... They would need a different point of view, but... who shall have it?, In one way or other way, all world have their ideas about the Palestian-Jewish conflicts, and this isn't neutral point of view.

Ah. So Spain is the example we should all follow? Let me list some of the invaders and wars fought in Spain -
CELTS vs Basques
CARTHAGE (Semetic Phonecians) vs Celts/Basques
ROMANS vs Carthage + Celts/Basques
Suevi VANDALS vs Romans/Celts/Basques
VISIGOTHS vs Romans/Celts Basques
which leads us to the Umayid Caliphs and THE MOORS... oh look. Muslims in Spain, oppressing it for 600 years or so. Christian? and Jew vs Muslim for 600 years. Moor vs Roman/Celt/Visigoth/Basque for 600 years.
Sure sounds like the ideal world you have there.
Then lets look at what happened once the Moors were KICKED OUT through WAR.
The Spainish Inquisition. Lovely Spainiards, killing each other using religion as a justifier to maintain political power. Protestants and Jews and the remaining Muslims were the victims this time.
Then, we have regional rivalries, that once settled result in overseas conquests that reduce the native South American Indian population from 25 million down to 2 million!!! 23 million Indians killed over 100 years as a direct result of Spainish imperialism.
Way to go.
Should we be following the Spainish example yet?
Shall we throw in the great wars of South America? Bolivia vs all comers? Shall we throw in Franco and the Fascists of Spain?
The last few decades may have been mercifully peaceful (except for the continued struggle of the Basques for independence, but that's escaped your notice) but that is a drop in the ocean of time for your country.
