It's just a silly thing between the Dutch and Belgians. We make stupid jokes about eachother all the time. We say they are dumb, they say we are greedy bastards, kinda like the Scots.
There used to be a Belgian around here who would reply to things like this, but i haven't seen him in a long time. Too bad.
