The following is adapted from how my Assassin did it at level 12 on Insane Difficulty,

Before the fight, drink beneficial potions that will last for a long time( 5-10 turns). One particular potion is the Potion of Defence which will set your BASE AC to 0. Extremely potent. I have forgotten whether dualclassed Fighter->Something can drink Warrior-specific potions but if you can, drink all the following as well( including other potions that Thieves can drink as well), Potion of Heroism, Potion of Invulnerability, Potion of Power, 2 Potions of Fire Resistance( due to their Flame Strikes), Potion of Clarity and Oil of Speed Potion.
Once you ingested all these potions, we move on the Bhaalspawn powers and equipment spells. If you do not have the Ilbratha +1, go get it now from Umar Hills( do the Mimic Blood quest). Cast either Draw Upon Holy Might and/or Vampiric Touch on yourself. Cast Mirror Image from Ilbratha +1( you only need to equip it, you do not need to use it actively). I hope you have the Boots of Avoidance( do the Buried Man quest), as they grant you a 10 AC bonus to missile weapons.
Boosted beyond reason, Quicksave and enter the portal.
The very moment you see the location, PAUSE the game and instruct your F->T to set a trap at your location. You have to be quick, or you will enter dialogue mode and lose the window of opportunity. My weapon of choice for this battle is the Tuigan Bow and Acid Arrows.
Run around in circles and aim the fighter first. Once he falls, summon something, anything to distract the mages while you concentrate on the thief( that should appear by now, and hopefully strike one of your images or miss with his backstab).
Once the thief is dealt with, go for the archers, and once they fall, the mages' spell protections should have been minimised. The acid from your Acid Arrows will bypass their Stoneskins.
Good luck, and have fun.
PS: This fight is the least of your worries in the Planar Prison. Bring along plenty of potions and summoning items.
