Para-military? Ha! Try security guard -- you know, rent-a-cop. Police officers and the like are not military. This includes civilian planners used by defense personnel. I'm not distorting.
Anyone have info on the exact job those 4 performed, and any real proof as to why they should have been considered military? I haven't seen it posted yet. If they were, as my research indicated, building security guards or the like, you can stick your argument that they were "para-military" where the sun don't shine.
Of course, specific info refuting my knowledge is always welcome.... erm, or at least worth taking a look at.
