Could be true, i've heard similar things of people wanting to sue the Dutch state or the royal family or something like that, for being involved in slavery. There's always creative people who think they can make some fast cash in an unconventional way like this. Matter of fact, i'm thinking of suing the French government myself. I'm extremely traumatised because of what Napoleon's occupation forces did to my ancestors. I was thinking 200.000.000 € would ease the suffering at least a little.
