It is refusing to accept that which you find morally offensive.

Whether you find Jews morally offensive, gays, nazis, racists, murder, cannibalism, vegetarianism, dogs, christians, hetrosexuals or potatoes, the action, result and intent is the same. Seeking to remove that which is morally offensive from your world.

All that changes is that which is not tolerated. The SUBJECT MATTER.
