Well, a few hundred cells would technically still be a zygote. No embrionic form or function yet.
Timber, I can understand a double murder for a mother of a few weeks, but what of a few days? You know, the stage where a zygote may or may not even settle in the uterus, depending whether the environment is hospitable enough?
