And how is this indicative of "the man in the street". Papers are sensationalist, focus on negativity and division, and misrepresent truth to fit the agenda of DOLLARS. I notice the much lauded BBC is in disarray, as is the much lauded New York Times. The fairest paper I've read of late has been the London Times, but even this is not above individuals bias and the lure of the almighty dollar/pound/yen.
