There is a college here in NC thst is primarily black, I think it is called AMT...my brother-in-law went there for a degree in engeneering, and was rewarded a minority scholorship granted to non-blacks to promote others to come to the school. I see nothing wrong with that, because he was a minority, and did suffer some discrimination in class...which is ok, because it taught him a valuable lesson on humility as well as the "walk in another's shoes" concept.
Yet I do not know if giving a sholorship to a white that is not suffering a minority clause is the same as what I just desribed nor as acceptable. There should be a justifiable reason for the grant, as I described in the case with my bro-in-law.
