They might catch a systematically forced lead of opportunity over Caucasian/Asian/Jewish competitors, at least in Academics, but wait till you see business. Perhaps they do need all the help they can get, because let's look at who's at the top of politics and business? It's not a proportionate minority to match the ethnicity of the US. There are more Jewish people there, more White people. It's disproportionate, but it's not like they didn't do their fair share of work to get there, and then some. It's a hard coin to balance.
