Cerek - scholarships for Hispanic or Black students are to help them overcome the difficulties of inherent discrimination in the systems. White people do not suffer inherent discrimination, far from it in fact. Thats why I think this scholarship is completely unnecessary, and also why I think the politics behind it are really quite dubious.
