I do not remember, whether I have installed the SoA FixPack by the time of the fight, or not. But I didn't get any patches. And, finally, I get version 2.smoething displayed on the top when I start the game. It may be already patched by the pirate (you all din't hear that!) whom I bought the game from..

And, after all, you get XP for imprisoned enemies. Would not that mean that they are killed? So Kangaxx got the XP for my swords, and they were counted as killed, till a Freedom spell frees them (I have to check it after I return from Underdark. I will cast a freedom in that very room...)
