There is only one +4 Sling in SoA, the Sling of Arvoreen. And this can be found in the Underdark. IIRC, there are no Sling connected to the Unseeing Eye. [img]smile.gif[/img]

The Sling you are asking for, Tom, is probably the Arla's Dragonbane, in the Temple Ruins, belonging to the sub-quest the Umar Hills.
