I do hope that the "real truth" regarding this case is brought to light - whether it's guilt or innocence. Right now, I am undecided. I think Michael Jackson has had - and continues to have improper contact with children. I am not comforted by his assurance that his relationship with the children is a "beautiful thing", because a pedophile doesn't see anything wrong with their actions.

However, some serious concerns have been raised about the mother and her past habits of taking companies to court. She has a history of trying to sue companies for money and has been moderately successful at it.

I also agree that the prosecuter in this case seems to have a personal vendetta against MJ, and that may come back to harm his case. It certainly makes me uncomfortable about the lengths he will go to in order to prove Jackson guilty.

I do look forward to the trial, because I am sincerely interested in hearing BOTH sides of this story and seeing what kind of evidence the police have found to implicate Jackson this time.
