Actually in the interest of accuracy and honesty, his comment was "Mission Accomplished".
The "war in Iraq" being one mission in the over all WAR on terrorism. Its all Politician speach anyway and written to be spun.
As for repatriation Im pretty sure the Government has to be re-established before that can be done.....Heads of state are a different issue. and I don't recall any of the Nuremberg people being repatriated..they were executed or imprisioned....or comitted suicide.
