So you don't think that "Dean should take his......left-wing freak show back to Vermont where it belongs." is dissing Vermont. It seems the ad implies that that kind of behavior is common in VT. Not quite.
Dean happens to be fiscally conservative. He balanced the state's budget every year he was Governor and cut a lot when the years were lean.
