An unproven link and they're trying to annihilate the civet????????? Are they bleeding insane? Talk about over-reaction. Did all 774 of the dead have a civet for a pet? Did a civet sneak into their bedroom at night and breathe on them? Maybe slept curled up on the kitchen table?
