A few weeks ago, my wife was substitute teaching at an all black school to a class of fourth graders. She said that what she saw there was horrible. The black teachers treated the poor kids like criminals and Karen had to stop her assistant from wanting to paddle a kid for backtalking, when all he did was tell her she had got his name wrong. Karen said that she would never go back to substitute there because the teachers were so mean to the kids,,,and she thought the kids were greatly behaved. She said that it is no wonder why so many blacks hate school and want to drop out, because thier own color of teachers keep them run in the dirt.
I will add that I ahve seen many black women mistreat thier children, and in turn those kids will grow up thinking that is what life is all about. Being tough. They are suppressing and hurting themselves, and they do not even see it. I think college is too long to wait to take care of the problem...we have to go to the family unit first, then to the daycares and elementary schools...where children are most impressionable.
