Just as things started to look Good.
The US gets its first case of Mad Cow Disease. Very Bad!!!!
All countries close borders to beef, watch as New York Stock Exchange Plummets.
Now the big question for Bush fans. If Bush is responsible for all the previous good things is he responsible for the case of mad cow disease? Maybe the cow got sick and mad of his policies? OK bad joke for a bad situation!!!
